"Do not use this location or company for insurance. I can never get anything done with them. They do not notify you if your insurance drops but they will report you to the state for fines without delay. I've been trying to get physical insurance cards for over a month for my vehicles, they can't get that done. I can't even get them to tell me how much is owed on my second vehicle to get it reinstated cause they cannot see that information from their computers in the office and well they are just completely incompetent at ever turn. If a person can't even get information about their own policy it really makes me question if we were in an accident if anything would even get done. We will be switching insurance providers asap. These people do not have your back. *Edit* After contacting the state to pay our fines that were placed by state farm for the lapse of insurance that they could not tell us how much it would cost to reinstate I found out from the state that all state farm had to do in the first place was backdate the insurance and we could have just paid it up and been done with it so what they did was completely unnecessary according to the state. Thank you statefarm for the excellent customer service,,😑👌"

Changing policies for our homeowners was something I’ve dreaded because I didn’t want the hassle of switching it with the mortgage company. But she made the process so simple and we got everything handled same day, while saving us over $400 a year for more coverage on our home! I’m looking forward to doing many years of business with this team!"

"I can’t figure out how to leave a review on Facebook so I’m leaving it here. Hands down the best insurance agency I have ever worked with. They help me with issues big or small. Today I called Dawn at 4:31 to report a cracked windshield(my windshield is cracked from one side to the other yall not a tiny ding) at 4:43 the auto glass company was calling me about replacing it. 10 minutes! Today I’m thankful she encouraged me to get comprehensive and it’s taken care of in no time. I can’t sing their praises enough. #Geddieup #GetWithTheGoodNeighbor"
